Matt Styles - Co-Founder
Matt has worked in games for over a dozen years starting in sales at Gamer Network on the Eurogamer suite of websites. After that, leading sales for EGX and Rezzed. He leads the sales effort for W.A.S.D and helps a select group of clients talk directly to videogames marketeers.
He has great experience in convincing brands - endemic and non-endemic - to talk to gamers in a language they appreciate.
Matt has a penchant for IPA and dilapidated ancient Range Rovers.
David Lilley - Founder
David has been in games since 1988, starting out at fledgling magazine publisher Future Publishing, working on the best multi-format games magazine of all time - ACE.
Since then he’s worked for the national press, internet start-ups, trade publishing, and most recently, led the team which built EGX and Rezzed from scratch into market-leading events on the global calendar.
He is known for (no longer having long hair) and telling it straight.
Rachel Gomez - Production Manager
Rachel is the production mastermind for Roucan. She is the only qualified event professional in the business and uses those skills to make sure our events (and yours) are delivered to incredible quality, on time and to budget. And all without a hint of pressure.
She will apologise and say thank you immediately. Her main interests are her brilliant family and what's for lunch.
